2. Purchases & Licenses

All purchases grant you a license to use the content as described on the product page and in our Licensing documentation. Purchasing a beat or sample pack does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer unless an Exclusive license is purchased.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or re-upload any purchased beats or samples as your own sample packs or sound libraries. You may not use purchased content in any way that violates applicable law.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once files have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All beats, samples, and content on KashmereSamples remain the intellectual property of Kashmere unless an Exclusive license has been purchased. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
